Lead Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Owning delivery excellence across a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time remote Lead Forward Deployed Engineer will manage technical direction, ensure delivery quality, and coach engineers while maintaining client confidence and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery quality across assigned accounts by managing status, risks, and execution plans
• Guide solution architecture and technical decision-making across multiple engagements
• Coach and develop engineering teams through direct feedback and milestone retrospectives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in client-facing or field delivery roles
• Proven ownership of delivery quality across multiple concurrent engagements
• Strong technical credibility with expertise in Python and production AI/ML delivery
• Experience in developing engineers through specific and timely feedback
• Deep familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD practices
