Lead Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

To support the growth of its hospitality division, the full-time Lead Forward Deployed Engineer will own end-to-end client deployments, integrate AI solutions within hotel systems, and ensure revenue managers trust the outputs, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own client deployments from scoping to integration and adoption within the revenue organization
• Design and implement workflows that revenue managers will adopt, ensuring alignment with their decision-making processes
• Build and lead a forward deployed engineering team as the hospitality business scales

Required qualifications

• Hands-on familiarity with hotel revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and central reservation systems (CRS)
• Deep experience in hotel system engineering or revenue management roles, with a focus on client-facing execution
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern machine learning and optimization tools
• Experience with major hotel industry APIs and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with revenue teams, engineers, and executives
