Job Summary
To support a leading US healthcare workforce company, the full-time Lead Forward Deployed Engineer will act as the primary technical lead, working remotely to design and implement a production-ready platform while collaborating closely with client stakeholders and internal engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical and consultative engineering lead, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Design and guide the data architecture using PostgreSQL and Snowflake, ensuring integration with the broader platform

Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or a closely related technical discipline
