Lead FP&A Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead FP&A Partner - Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Serve as the primary FP&A partner to Supply Chain leadership and build strong relationships across functions
• Analyze monthly performance and implement process improvements using systems and automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Proven ability to work independently with strong judgment and ownership
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical experience
• Proficiency with Hyperion Smart View, Hyperion Planning, and PeopleSoft preferred
