Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Fraud Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct fraud escalations and investigations, including customer-reported events and chargebacks
  • Optimize fraud investigation handling procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Perform root-cause analysis of fraud vulnerabilities and train customer-facing teams on verification methodologies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in fraud investigations or similar operations roles
  • Demonstrable SQL-based querying skills; experience with MongoDB is a plus
  • Familiarity with chargebacks, disputes, and the full lifecycle of ACH
  • Experience in developing rules-based fraud detection systems
  • Ability to create and provide training on complex operational processes
