Lead Front End Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with engineering and brand teams, the full-time remote Lead Front End Engineer will architect, build, and maintain a high-performance marketing website using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, while ensuring accessibility and scalability.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain the marketing website with a focus on performance and scalability
• Implement polished UI components in partnership with design teams, ensuring pixel-perfect execution
• Drive SEO best practices and optimize development workflows for reliability and speed

Required qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
• Strong understanding of React and Next.js, including server components and SSG/SSR strategies
• Experience integrating with headless CMS platforms and third-party APIs
• Experience working directly with marketing and design stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
