Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development
- 2+ years in a hands-on technical leadership or front-end lead role
- Proven experience with Next.js, React, and delivering scalable front-end applications
- Experience in Agile environments with sprint planning and project management
- Strong mentoring skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
