Lead Front-End Engineer

Job Summary

Lead Front-End Engineer is a full-time, 9-month contract-to-hire position responsible for architecting and guiding the development of modern front-end applications while mentoring developers and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of React-based front-end applications within a microfrontend architecture
• Define and maintain front-end architecture, standards, and best practices
• Guide engineers in implementing the client's design system and reusable component libraries

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in front-end engineering
• Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Demonstrated experience designing or implementing microfrontend architectures
• Experience working with design systems and shared component libraries
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
