Lead Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer (Mobile & Web).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of customer-facing mobile and web experiences using React Native and React
• Own major initiatives end-to-end, including implementation, testing strategy, release coordination, and ongoing iteration
• Set technical direction for frontend/mobile, including architecture patterns and performance best practices

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in building and shipping production software, particularly with React and TypeScript
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native and Expo for mobile app development
• Proven leadership skills in driving technical decisions and mentoring team members
• Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals, including performance profiling and state management
• Experience with APIs and effective backlog management skills
