Lead Frontend Engineer

Job Summary

Guiding technical strategy and mentoring fellow developers, the full-time Lead Frontend Engineer will architect enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and React while working remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of major features across multiple frontend platforms, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices
• Act as the primary technical partner to UX/UI designers, translating complex designs into functional user interfaces and providing expert feedback
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence through code reviews and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional front-end development experience, with a proven track record of building complex, large-scale applications
• Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership or mentorship role
• Expert-level proficiency in both Angular and React frameworks
• Strong command of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Extensive experience designing and consuming complex RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
