Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Frontend Software Engineer (Next.js & React).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of high-performance interfaces using Next.js and React
• Design and evolve shared UI components and design systems with a focus on accessibility and maintainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from data and enhance product value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of front-end software engineering experience with expertise in Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Proven ability to design scalable front-end architectures for SaaS or B2B applications
• High proficiency with Claude Code or similar LLM-based development tools
• Deep knowledge of browser fundamentals and Core Web Vitals optimization
