Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical lead for an agile team, overseeing development, integration, and testing
• Support the decomposition of application requirements and recommend solutions to meet customer needs
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of related experience in full stack development
• Experience with Java J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, and API Microservices
• Familiarity with Docker, Apache Maven, and cloud-native application hosting
• SAFe Agile certification and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Experience supporting US federal government contracts is preferred
