Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the offshore development team, ensuring collaboration and code quality
Assess and hire new offshore team members to strengthen the technical workforce

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
Strong expertise in React.js and Java Spring Boot
Proven leadership experience managing remote or offshore teams

Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
