Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer for a full-time remote position who will provide technical leadership, drive the design and development of enterprise applications, and mentor team members while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications and services
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services
• Mentor developers on technical skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of software development experience with proven technical leadership
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and designing RESTful APIs
• Experience working within Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps environments
