Lead Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary

To support a major federal modernization initiative, the remote contract Lead Full-Stack Developer will lead and mentor development teams while providing hands-on engineering for secure, scalable cloud-native applications built on AWS.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor full-stack development teams in cloud modernization and product development
• Provide architectural oversight and hands-on engineering for applications using Python, JavaScript, and AWS services
• Define technical standards and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient software products

Required qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant full-stack application development experience, including 4 years in technical leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript
• Experience leading or mentoring teams of 5 or more developers
