Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of enterprise applications, the full-time remote Lead Full Stack Developer will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions using .NET, Java, Angular, and AWS technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications and services
• Mentor and coach developers on technical skills and best practices while promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and manage project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong experience in designing and developing applications using C#, .NET, Java, Angular, and building RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and DevOps practices
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes
