Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer for a full-time remote position, responsible for providing technical leadership, driving the design and development of enterprise applications, and mentoring team members while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications and services
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions using .NET, Java, Angular, and AWS
• Mentor and coach developers on technical skills and best practices while promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
