Lead Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
Leading a small team of Full Stack Developers and Test Automation Engineers, the full-time Lead Full Stack Developer will be responsible for overseeing the full development lifecycle, implementing Agile and DevSecOps practices, and enhancing team performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor an agile team, fostering high performance and collaboration
- Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain software products while ensuring quality and efficiency
- Evaluate technical requirements, provide architectural guidance, and optimize product performance in production
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of full-lifecycle application development experience, with at least 3 years in relevant technologies and AWS cloud
- Experience in Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks, API development, and cloud-native solutions
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued clearance
