Lead Full-Stack Developer
Job Summary
To provide hands-on technical expertise and end-to-end ownership of Azure software development tasks, the remote Lead Full-Stack Application Developer will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, guiding the adoption of modern CI/CD workflows and ensuring the delivery of resilient software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development, configuration, and deployment of enterprise APIs and applications within the Microsoft Azure cloud
- Mentor and enable team members to adopt continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
- Translate software requirements into structured agile user stories and documentation while collaborating with clients and leadership
Required qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in software development, particularly with Azure cloud technologies
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and modern frameworks like Angular
- Strong experience with Git, Terraform, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Azure Government Cloud environments and knowledge of FedRAMP and Zero Trust Architecture is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding application teams towards modern development practices
