Lead Full Stack Developer
Job Summary
To support clinical trial operations, the full-time Lead Full Stack Developer will design, build, and operate end-to-end web applications and data-driven solutions while mentoring a development team in a hybrid work environment, with a preference for onsite presence three days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a hands-on Full Stack Developer while overseeing the development team's technical delivery
- Design and implement scalable, secure frontend/backend components, APIs, and UIs using clean architecture
- Champion coding standards, automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure release quality
Required qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a full stack developer
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a development team focused on building on-prem and cloud applications
- Proficient in Angular and experienced in a recent project
- Strong experience redeveloping on-prem web applications optimized for the AWS Cloud
- Experience with AWS services such as CloudWatch, SES, S3, ECR, ECS, and Lambda functions
