Lead Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Full Stack Python/FastApi/React Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Energize and motivate the team to excel, unblock obstacles, and inspire progress
• Guide the team technically and culturally, performing code reviews, delegating responsibilities, and setting an example
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks for the team, ensuring they are working on the right priorities

Required Qualifications:

• Approximately 8+ years of experience in building and shipping production software systems
• Prior experience in the logistics industry with a genuine interest in the field
• Proven technical leadership experience in backend technologies like Python/FastApi, Node.js/TypeScript, C#/.Net, or Java/Spring, and frontend technologies like React.js or Vue.js
• Proficiency in creating human-centered user experiences and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of the entire engineering stack, from databases and servers to UI development
