Lead Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer, Full Stack (Remote, North America).

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product experiences, iterating on features from data acquisition to user interactions
• Develop multi-step, LLM-based workflows and collaborate with UI/UX designers
• Understand customer needs and partner with stakeholders to craft and validate new product hypotheses

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years in a software engineering individual contributor role
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven record of delivering large-scale, resilient enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI development and LLM frameworks
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, PostgreSQL, and Redis, as well as frontend technologies like TypeScript and React
