Lead Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to set technical direction and own their learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve platform reliability and reduce support load by addressing infrastructure bottlenecks
• Own end-to-end system architecture and technical roadmap for the product suite
• Contribute to front-end and back-end code, lead implementations, and resolve production issues

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building full-stack web applications with ownership of production systems
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a technical role
• Strong front-end and back-end skills, preferably with React and TypeScript
• Production cloud experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
• Practical experience with NoSQL and relational databases
