Lead Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to launch and lead a new engineering team focused on building AI-powered customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and write production-quality code while serving as a hands-on technical leader
• Own and lead initiatives end-to-end, including architecture decisions and implementation
• Establish engineering principles and best practices while mentoring engineers and driving team performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building and architecting scalable full stack applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Deep experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and software design patterns
• Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions or omni-channel customer platforms
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP preferred) and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with event-driven architectures and DevOps best practices
