Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join their Core Platform Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and ownership of core components of the CRM, optimizing data ingestion and processing
• Design reusable full-stack components and services to ensure platform performance as the company scales
• Collaborate with Product teams to address user pain points and ensure architectural decisions provide value to auto repair shops

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience building complex web-based SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with AI and LLM integration, utilizing AI to enhance development
• Proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a history of accountability for projects
• Experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on solving complex problems
