Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer to join their Core Platform Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and ownership of core components within the CRM platform
• Design reusable full-stack components and services to ensure platform performance and scalability
• Collaborate with Product teams to address user pain points and enhance customer value

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building complex, web-based SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with AI and LLM integration, including deploying AI-powered features
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases, with expertise in schema design and query optimization
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a track record of accountability in project delivery
• Experience integrating AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines
