Lead Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing data platform, the full-time Lead Full-Stack Platform Engineer will drive the technical vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the architecture of a Snowflake lakehouse while working remotely in select states.

Key responsibilities:

• Set and drive the technical vision for the team, partnering with peer engineers to shape direction across adjacent teams
• Translate strategy into a multi-quarter technical roadmap and own architectural decisions in collaboration with product and business stakeholders
• Design and evolve reusable Terraform modules and drive CI/CD, IaC, and acceptance-test standards across the team

Required qualifications:

• Expertise in Python, including frameworks like Flask, Dash, Dask, and Pandas
• Deep experience with AWS services such as S3, IAM, SQS, and Lambda
• Proficiency in Terraform at the module-author level
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning
• Experience designing high-throughput ETL processes over diverse data formats
