Job Summary

Leading advanced full-stack engineering initiatives, the full-time Lead Full-Stack Engineer will deliver complex end-to-end solutions, analyze application requirements, and communicate architectural options while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of full-stack solutions, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Analyze application requirements and guide decision-making regarding architectural options and API design
• Mentor and build team capability through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering or systems engineering required
• Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Certification in cloud platforms, systems architecture, Agile, or DevOps preferred
