Lead Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Guiding the design and implementation of innovative SaaS solutions, the full-time Lead Full Stack Engineer will provide technical direction across front-end and back-end technologies while mentoring junior developers in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and optimize platform performance
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices to maintain high code quality
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a track record of leading complex SaaS applications
- Minimum 2 years in a lead/manager role, guiding development teams
- Proficiency in back-end technologies such as .NET Core, C#, and MongoDB
- Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript, Vue.js, and/or React.js
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for building scalable applications
