Lead Full Stack Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time Lead Full Stack Engineer, the successful candidate will set the technical direction for a cloud-native, AWS-based platform, integrating data and services from multiple domains to create a cohesive user experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable, secure full-stack solutions using React and AWS-native services
- Define and evolve architectural patterns and API contracts for integrating multiple domain services
- Mentor and grow engineers, driving best practices in development, testing, and system design
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience designing and supporting scalable, cloud-native full-stack applications
- 5+ years of experience building modern front-end applications using TypeScript and React
- Strong hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and AWS services
- Proven experience setting technical direction across multiple teams or a platform
- Experience establishing automated testing frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
