Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Senior Full Stack Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the technical roadmap and architectural integrity of the platform, designing scalable systems
• Serve as a coach for the engineering team through pair programming, code reviews, and technical workshops
• Define and enforce engineering practices, focusing on clean code, robust testing, and automated CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications:

• Mastery of TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js
• Proficiency with Rust for performance-critical backend logic
• Advanced knowledge of Angular and state management at scale
• Expert-level experience with Azure services and cloud-native architecture
• Deep experience with Three.js, including shaders and 3D rendering pipelines
