Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI & Cloud) to provide technical leadership and mentorship while developing scalable web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the architecture of modern, scalable full-stack applications
• Lead the development, testing, and deployment of new applications while modernizing legacy systems
• Act as a technical escalation point for production issues and improve application performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Proven experience in leading design and development of production-grade web applications (Flask, React, Next.js)
• Strong skills in SQL design, performance tuning, and Azure-based services
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing engineers
