Lead FullStack Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a small engineering team, the full-time Lead FullStack Engineer will design scalable backend services, drive architecture decisions, and leverage AI tools to enhance development quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs
• Drive architecture decisions and ensure high engineering standards
• Mentor engineers and improve team productivity

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and asynchronous patterns
• Experience leading engineers and driving technical decisions
