Lead Functional Leader - Oracle

Job Summary

Supporting the definition and delivery of global system and process solutions for Parts Operations, the full-time remote Lead Functional Leader - Oracle will manage Parts Fulfillment across Inquiry to Order & Order to Remittance (ITR) in Oracle ERP while partnering with various operational teams to ensure data-driven and user-friendly solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Parts ITR Fulfillment Functional Leader in defining and leading the global digital strategy for Services Parts ITR Fulfillment
• Facilitate standardization and simplification of service parts fulfillment processes while embedding Lean principles for improved operational efficiency
• Drive the development of the Oracle ERP functional roadmap for ITR Fulfillment, ensuring scalable solutions for real-time demand management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Several years of experience in cross-functional roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, and Services Operations
• Proven experience leading service and operations across regions using Digital Technology
• Strong background in process standardization and Lean operating model design
• Functional expertise with GEV Applications, specifically NEX, CPQ, and Oracle Transportation Management
