Lead Game Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Producer to oversee multiple game projects and lead cross-functional teams to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead multiple simultaneous game and 3D art production projects from pre-production to launch
• Define and maintain project roadmaps, production schedules, and risk assessments
• Drive Agile production methodologies and optimize workflows across projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production roles within game development
• Excellent knowledge of Agile game development methodologies
• Deep expertise in Jira, including advanced configuration and reporting
• Proven track record of shipping PC, Console, and/or Mobile titles
• Strong leadership and people management skills
