A company in the Creative Design industry is hiring a Lead Game Producer.

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure games' revenue goals are met
• Establish a vision and strategy for high-quality game production
• Prioritize tasks and track day-to-day work with product managers to ensure objectives are met on time

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a video or mobile game producer
• Experience with free-to-play mobile games and extensive knowledge of the mobile game production process and systems design
• Experience and proven success leading and growing a team
• Creativity and innovation, with a focus on results
• Fluent in Chinese (preferred)
