Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Generation Associate, Franchise Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize technology and subscriptions to identify prospects for franchise development
  • Conduct cold calls to assess prospect needs and interest in franchising
  • Score and prioritize leads for the Sales team and maintain records in Salesforce
  • Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to Regional Vice Presidents with detailed notes
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
  • Technical proficiency with online databases and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Understanding of the sales process and analytical thinking regarding lead prioritization
  • Demonstrates persistence and resiliency in prospecting activities
