Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Generation Associate, Franchise Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize technology and subscriptions to identify prospects for franchise development
- Conduct cold calls to assess prospect needs and interest in franchising
- Score and prioritize leads for the Sales team and maintain records in Salesforce
- Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to Regional Vice Presidents with detailed notes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
- Technical proficiency with online databases and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Understanding of the sales process and analytical thinking regarding lead prioritization
- Demonstrates persistence and resiliency in prospecting activities
