Lead Generation Coordinator

Job Summary

To support recruiting efforts, the full-time remote Lead Generation Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound communications with potential drivers, qualify leads, and transition qualified candidates to the recruiting team while utilizing various communication platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound conversations with drivers from diverse sources
• Follow up on leads generated through various recruiting activities and effectively communicate terminal offerings
• Utilize Tenstreet recruiting software to source, qualify, and document driver information while maintaining weekly reports on lead generation

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of related experience in lead generation or recruiting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong qualifying and prospecting skills with an ability to make over 80 outbound calls per day
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
