Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Lead Generation Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Implement process improvements and coordinate marketing campaigns and activities
• Conduct research on prospects and manage lead qualification and handoff to appropriate associates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
