Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join their Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted, multi-channel outreach strategies to engage qualified prospects
- Leverage sales intelligence tools and technologies to enhance outreach efficiency and lead quality
- Collaborate with Business Development to align targeting strategies with market priorities and revenue goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, preferably in the CRO, pharma, or life sciences industry
- Demonstrated proficiency with sales intelligence and automation tools
- Familiarity with the drug development process and CRO service landscape strongly preferred
