Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join their Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute targeted, multi-channel outreach strategies to engage qualified prospects
  • Leverage sales intelligence tools and technologies to enhance outreach efficiency and lead quality
  • Collaborate with Business Development to align targeting strategies with market priorities and revenue goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, preferably in the CRO, pharma, or life sciences industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency with sales intelligence and automation tools
  • Familiarity with the drug development process and CRO service landscape strongly preferred
