Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Generation Marketing Manager to drive lead generation efforts and support growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing lead generation funnel to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads to sales
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to nurture prospects and deliver Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Report on and evaluate marketing campaign performance to optimize future efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of relevant demand generation marketing experience in a B2B role, ideally in technology or public sector
- Proven ability to deliver lead generation goals and manage data-driven marketing campaigns
- Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation software
- Familiarity with ABM platforms and paid media targeting preferred
