Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Generation Marketing Manager to drive lead generation efforts and support growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the marketing lead generation funnel to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads to sales
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to nurture prospects and deliver Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Report on and evaluate marketing campaign performance to optimize future efforts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of relevant demand generation marketing experience in a B2B role, ideally in technology or public sector
  • Proven ability to deliver lead generation goals and manage data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation software
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and paid media targeting preferred
