Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Generation CEE Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to qualify prospective customers for solar energy products and roofing services
- Utilize quality control script to overcome objections and update lead information as needed
- Meet performance metrics defined by management and use company communication tools effectively
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or call center environment preferred
- Fluency in English required; fluency in another language is a plus
- Proficiency with email, Google suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work varied weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts
