Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Generation Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calls (120-140 daily calls)
- Develop and implement action plans to optimize results
- Provide campaign feedback and collaborate with managers
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development experience
- Experience in high-volume outbound calling
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
