Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Generation Representative to support their Field Sales Representatives by identifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calls (120-140 daily calls)
  • Develop and implement action plans to optimize results
  • Provide campaign feedback and collaborate with managers
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in high-volume outbound calling; prior lead generation experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
