Job Summary

To support the AWS business, the full-time Lead Generation Representative will drive top-of-funnel pipeline through multi-channel prospecting, collaborate closely with Account Executives, and maintain Salesforce hygiene while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive top-of-funnel pipeline through multi-channel prospecting into defined accounts aligned with AE partners
  • Book qualified discovery meetings and manage the meeting handoff to AEs with full context
  • Run targeted campaigns collaboratively with AEs and maintain a healthy daily activity level focused on quality conversations
Required qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, BDR/SDR, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and sales engagement tools
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to represent the company professionally to senior buyers
  • Interest in cloud technology and the ISV/Marketplace ecosystem; prior AWS exposure is a plus
  • A self-starter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, partnership-driven environment
