Job Summary
Motivated to drive growth in software and digital communications, the full-time Lead Generation Representative will identify sales opportunities and support the Field Sales team through outbound tele-sales and appointment scheduling in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 120-140 outbound calls daily to meet sales targets
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities using data insights to enhance campaign performance
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and collaborate with internal teams
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
- Proven track record of making 100+ outbound calls daily
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
