Job Summary

To support a growing demand generation team, the full-time Lead Generation Representative will engage in outbound tele-sales and appointment scheduling, focusing on identifying sales opportunities and collaborating with the Field Sales team in a remote setting for U.S. candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct 120-140 outbound calls daily to meet sales targets
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities using data insights
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and provide feedback to management
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
  • Proven track record of making 100+ outbound calls daily
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
