Job Summary

To support a growing demand generation team, the full-time Lead Generation Representative will identify and qualify sales opportunities through outbound tele-sales and appointment scheduling, working remotely within the Eastern or Central time zones.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct 120-140 outbound calls daily to meet sales targets
  • Utilize data insights to enhance performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and provide feedback to management
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
  • Proven ability to make 100+ outbound calls daily
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
