Job Summary

To support the growth objectives of the company, the remote Lead Generation Specialist I will conduct research, tailor outreach strategies, and collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance lead generation efforts in the life sciences industry.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify prospective accounts and key decision-makers
  • Apply independent judgment in tailoring outreach strategies to engage prospective clients
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development Leads to design and refine campaign messaging
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or sales roles in a scientific space, or a Master's degree in life sciences/biotechnology
  • Strong analytical and research skills to guide outreach strategies
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate scientific concepts effectively
  • Enthusiastic team player with exceptional communication skills
