Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead GoLang AWS Developer for a remote contract position in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on agile tech leadership for developing and managing cloud-based applications using Go and AWS
• Motivate and guide the development team while ensuring project goals are met
• Decompose and assign work to team members, removing blockers to maintain project momentum

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development
• Proficient in GoLang and its frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and familiarity with DevOps practices
• B2 level or higher English language competency
